Group forum added to website

The Scout Group has now added its own forum to the website to allow discussion of topics of interest to all group members. 

The forum includes sections for general group matters and individual forums for each of the sections in the group. Posts can only be made to the forums by registered users of the website and some forums are only viewable by registered members.

Additionally, a guestbook for the general public to post comments has been included which does not required registration; this replaces the old guestbook on the website.
