Forgotten User Details

If you forget your user name or password then you can ask the website to send details to your registered email address.

1. If the user name is requested, an email is sent containing the necessary details.

2. If a password request is made, an email will be sent containing a coded token which needs to be copied and then pasted into the required box on the website. You will then be able to enter a new password for your account.

Note that a password will never be sent by the system itself.
